5 Things I do To Stay Organized

Staying organized everyday is hard. When we don't have a plan, or we don't know how to get organized we will waste time and most likely won't be able to meet all our goals and tasks. That's why I've created a list of the 5 things I do to stay organized throughout the week and month. here it is.

  1. Get a planner - make a to do list; write down what you need to do. When you write down your plans and goals you are able to visualize it and it will be easier to achieve it. Write down your goals for the week and for the month for example. If you want, you can even write down your goals for half the year or the full year.

  2. Create a schedule - daily and monthly. It can be a planner, piece of paper, an app, a bullet journal. Make a cleaning schedule, an exercise schedule, a study schedule, a work schedule a sleeping schedule. Get organized! It will be much easier to stay organized if you know what you are going to do today, tomorrow, this week and this month.

3 . Dedicate time to organize your day - ideally in the morning for that day or at night for the next day. (10 to 15 min)

4 . Prioritize your tasks. Choose 2 to 3 tasks from your planner/to do list to prioritize for the day or for the week. Make sure you do it before any other "less important# tasks. Stay out of social media during your work time. This is really important! It’s really easy to take a 5 minute break to look at the phone, and that break is going to turn in to a 20 minute break or more. Just don’t touch your phone if it’s not necessary, or use an app to block some apps during your work time.

5 . Clean your environment ( room, office - where you work) Go to your room and get everything to its place. Clean everything and be on top of your cleaning with a schedule.

" clean space, clean mind . "

So here it is! this are my tips to get organized and stay like that !

Have a nice day!
